My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking information can sometimes take time to update after your package has been dispatched. If there have been no updates for several business days, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.

It says delivered, but I haven't received my order.

First, check around your delivery address and with household members or neighbours. Carriers can occasionally mark a package as delivered shortly before it actually arrives. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us.

I haven't received a shipping confirmation email.

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If your order has already been processed and you still cannot find the email, contact us and we will help you locate your tracking information.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and damaged product. Where applicable, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund for the affected product in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

How long does delivery normally take?
