Live Plants

Because our products include live plants, please contact us promptly if a plant arrives seriously damaged or dead. When contacting us about a damaged delivery, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the plant and packaging.

Where applicable, we offer the customer's choice of a replacement or a full refund for an affected plant, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
